INTENT
At Sarum St Paul's our intent in Science is to stimulate and excite pupils’ curiosity about the ways things work and discuss scientific issues that may affect their own lives. We seek to engage the children as learners at many levels through linking ideas with practical experience. We desire to help pupils develop their explanations of their observations through scientific methods of collecting evidence using critical and creative thought. We plan and deliver high quality learning which develops pupils’ understanding of how major scientific ideas contribute to their lives and the impact of the discoveries of different scientists
